Wargroove is a turn-based tactical strategy game, with adorable pixel-art, created by Chucklefish (Stardew Valley). A war breaks out and you can choose your Commander and unit among four warring factions to save young Queen Mercia’s kingdom. Aside from the campaign, you can also create your own custom maps to share with others, and a choose from a variety of Modes to test your skills.
Wargroove was released February 1st, 2020 on PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One. Physical editions are available for the Switch and PS4, while cross-play is available for all platforms except for the PS4. Today, February 6th, 2020, a new free DLC has been released; Wargroove: Double Trouble.
Designed with local and online co-op play in mind (up to 4 players), this expansion adds a new story campaign introducing all-new Outlaw Commanders. However, this new 15+ hours campaign can be played in single-player if you want. Here are the other added features:

- New Arcade missions
- Competitive online Quick Play maps
- Public and Private Multiplayer Lobbies
